Shipping policy

Please make sure the shipping address is accurate and complete!  Coffee Club Canada or the delivery Courier will contact you if there is a shipping issue.  The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs arising from address errors.  We want to deliver amazing coffee without delays or complications!!!

At this time we only offer shipping within Canada.  Shipping is calculated at checkout, however shipping may not be possible to all locations, especially if remote/isolated.  If this applies to your order we will contact you directly and discuss options.  Coffee Club Canada reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, cancel and refund orders at their discretion.

We offer local delivery!!!  This option will appear at checkout if the delivery address is within the eligible Cochrane, AB area.

Subscription shipments are generally shipped on the first Monday of the month.  Heads up though, shipping may be pushed to the second Monday of the month due to Statutory/National Holidays.
